Welcome 2012! Here’s my first look post for the year. This is what I actually wore to school yesterday.

Tip #1: An important key element to bohemian dressing is colors. Typical colors are rich and warm in color mostly on brown, khaki, olive green cream white but adding pops of bright colors such as hot pink, turquoise will definitely add more character to your outfit.
Jeans from Forever 21, Knitted Cardigan from Topshop, Tribal Printed Top from Forever 21.
Tip #2: Hair style adds edge. A simple one sided braid or a thin hippie band adds style. Focus on the little details, they make a big difference.
Tip #3: Bright Colored Sunglasses can brighten up any outfit so just be sure to pick out a color that compliments your skin tone.
Sunglasses from Forever 21. And I got them for just P99. I had to purchase three pairs.
Tip # 4: Wooden pieces make good bohemian accessories. You don’t have to splurge so much on accessories, most of these can be found at local shops especially when you are travelling around the country. You can find these made by natives, it’s very Filipino.
I actually got this from my grandma, it’s surprising how much necklaces I’ve received from her personal collection. These are the little things that make it more meaningful.
Tip # 5: Experiment and Experiment with the pieces found in your closet. Your pieces of clothing may not need to have that boho classification at first, but because it is about how you wear them and how each piece cooperates with the rest to achieve that over all bohemian look.
Tip #6: Invest in Shoes that are versatile yet stylish that can go on for seasons and match with multiple looks.
These are the most comfortable pairs of heels I have because they’re soft to walk in.
